How to allocate manpower and resources is a difficult project task, but at the same time it can bring us interest, sense of accomplishment and inspiration. With the tacit cooperation of the team members, each team successfully completed the production of the ventilator and successfully blew three balloons. This project allowed us to experience a different communication mode and the power of teamwork, and cultivated a high degree of execution among the team members.

 

With the end of various competitive challenges, all the team members ushered in the last and most challenging project of this expansion-all crossing the "graduation line". This challenge requires that within 40 minutes, all the team members work together to jump the graduation line of 1.2 meters high without the help of any external force or touching the line. We have no other tools and aids, the only resource is our teammates. In the face of great challenges, we cooperate closely, unite as one, and send each team member safely through the "graduation line" in an orderly manner ". In this challenge, all the team members of Plo Electric took a total of 7 minutes and 46 seconds to successfully complete the challenge, interpreting the strength of the team with practical actions, and feeling the importance of the ladder spirit to the team's breakthrough.

At this point, the one-day physical development training officially ended. In this outward bound training, the team members had sweat and tears, which fully demonstrated the spirit of the Plo people, and deeply felt the importance of communication, collaboration, cohesion, mutual motivation and compliance with team rules.
